What is a Learning Readiness Assessment (LRA)?
Completion of a LRA
identifies "readiness gaps"
that represent obstacles to your organization's ability to integrate
and sustain a continuous learning environment. The LRA creates a
holistic map of the
current learning environment and identifies opportunities to
prioritize improvement interventions across six key readiness
drivers:
- Positive Cultural
Learning Climate
- Holistic Learning Design Methodology
- Integrated Evaluation & Measurement Methodology
- Scalable Collaboration Footprint
- Transparent Technology Utilization
- Repeatable
Change Leadership Methodology
